step one) get one or two photos
step two) print one out color and the other black and white
step three) paint with water color on sketch pad paper
step four) put pictures on water color paper
step five) layer modg podgge on only the picture
step six) let dry for like three days or something
step six) once dry rub water on only the picture till soft or can see picture clearly
I did well on this, it was a pretty easy project. The only thing that was hard was taking off the modge podgge after it was dry.
